At The Babb Collection, we believe luxury begins with trust. Our policies are designed to give you clarity, confidence, and peace of mind with every order.


Returns — Because Your Confidence Matters

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed fragrances within 15 days of delivery. To remain eligible, all items must arrive in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and authenticity protection, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Travel-size decants
• Testers
• Partially used bottles

These protections ensure every customer receives fragrances in pristine condition.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders — We Make It Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We proudly offer your choice of:
• A full refund, or
• A replacement, shipped at no cost

Your satisfaction is our priority.


Lost Packages — You’re Fully Protected

If your package never receives a delivery scan and is confirmed lost in transit, you are automatically covered.

A full refund will be issued, no insurance required.


Packages Marked “Delivered,” But Not Received

When tracking shows “Delivered,” but your package is missing, it is classified as stolen.

Coverage depends on whether shipping insurance was added at checkout:
With insurance: A carrier verification letter is required to file a successful claim.
• Without insurance: Claims cannot be approved, as carriers consider the package delivered.

We strongly encourage adding shipping insurance for complete protection.


Return Shipping — Your First Return Is On Us

Your first return each month includes a complimentary prepaid label.
For additional returns:
• Customers may pay return shipping, or
• Request a prepaid label and have $10 deducted from the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing — Seamless & Secure

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days, typically back to your original payment method.

Exchanges — Hassle-Free & Flexible

We offer exchanges on unopened, sealed items within 15 days.
